1. Agreement to Terms

By renting equipment from Shree Vinayak Power, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the rental.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins when the equipment leaves our premises and ends when it is returned. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing 24 hours prior to the contract end date.

3. Payment Terms

A security deposit is required for all rentals. Rental charges are to be paid in advance or as per the agreed contract schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Responsibility for Equipment

The renter is responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession. Any damage, theft, or loss due to negligence will be charged to the renter at full replacement cost.

5. Maintenance and Usage

The renter agrees to use the generator only for its intended purpose and within its rated capacity. Only authorized personnel should operate the machinery. Daily checks (oil, water) are the responsibility of the renter unless an operator is provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the first day's rental.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shree Vinayak Power is not liable for any consequential losses, business interruption, or damages arising from equipment failure, although we will make every effort to replace faulty equipment immediately.
